• Market Data (LTD Inforce Premium, Sales Premium, Cases and Lives) is based on EBPR, JHA Market studies and other sources
• LTD Annual Sales - premium, cases, lives, from 1976 to present
• LTD Inforce - premium, cases, lives, from 1976 to present
• Prior to 1980 carriers did not generally report premium data. In cases in which a company did not report, Smith Group estimated the data. Estimated data is clearly shown by highlighting.
